Nurturing, flowing yoga classes to help you build strength, bond with your baby and prepare for your birth. We cover a different topic each week related to pregnancy, birth or beyond, giving you the chance to build your support network, connecting with other local mums. I teach breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for labour and birth, release tension and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and I always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week. We always end with a beautiful, calming, guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth, even if you’ve never tried yoga before!
